He completed his bachelor's degree in "Business Administration" and his master's degree in "Management and Organization". She has worked in the education sector for 5 years. Ar-Gev Project Consulting Ltd. Şti. He continued to work as a Quality Management Specialist. After completing the necessary training processes, he worked as a Lead Auditor; He worked as a brand, certification and project specialist. In addition to these, "Management Development", "Strategic Planning", "Project Management", "Business Establishment and Development" "OHSAS 18001", "OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems", "Applied Entrepreneurship Training", "Lead Auditor" , ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System Internal Auditor", "ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System Basic-Documentation Training", "Foreign Trade" training has been completed.
Working as an Applied Entrepreneurship Trainer, Yılmaz gave companies in-company training on "sales, marketing" and "entrepreneurship". It provided support to more than 60 projects in total that were accepted in the KOSGEB Supports and Development Agency Financial Support Program. He worked in the TTO of Universities for 8 years. He worked as contract and process studies of projects without EU funding, Industry-University bilateral cooperation, KOSGEB projects and processes, Research Infrastructures specialist, project coordinator. Since 2015, he has been giving Universities Entrepreneurship and Business Planning Techniques training. As of January 2022, he started to continue his duty at Acıbadem University. TEKMER Girişimcilik Uzmanı
İstanbul Üniversitesi Mühendislik Fakültesi “Jeoloji Mühendisliği” bölümünde lisansını tamamladıktan sonra Marmara Üniversitesi İş Güvenliği Anabilim dalı “İş Güvenliği” yüksek lisans programını tamamlamıştır. Zemin ve temel etüdü alanında 2 yıl boyunca deniz etüdü üzerine projeler yapan bir firmada jeoloji mühendisi olarak görev almıştır. Üniversite yıllarında girişimcilik ve inovasyona yönelerek Türkiye Teknoloji Geliştirme Vakfı tarafından fonlanan Xnovate programına kabul alarak alanında profesyonellerle çalışmıştır.
