Siemens Healthineers, which is renowned for its groundbreaking innovations in the healthcare sector and has made a name for itself with its innovations both globally and in our country, has signed an anchor company agreement with Acıbadem Mehmet Ali Aydınlar University Technology Development Center (TEKMER). With this collaboration, Siemens Healthineers Turkey aims to support entrepreneurs in the healthcare sector by providing mentoring in investor relations and business development to help them develop their business ideas. The signed agreement, announced in a ceremony, also gives entrepreneurs at TEKMER the opportunity to share their projects with leading investors and industry experts.
Siemens Healthineers Turkey, which offers a wide range of services in our country, from diagnostic imaging to laboratory services, advanced treatments to after-sales service and maintenance, has joined forces with Acıbadem Mehmet Ali Aydınlar University TEKMER. With the signing of the agreement, Siemens Healthineers, a medical technology company with over fifteen thousand patents globally, will support health entrepreneurs developing their businesses at TEKMER as an anchor company.

The signing ceremony was attended by Siemens Healthineers Turkey General Manager and Board Chairman Enis Sonemel and Acıbadem Mehmet Ali Aydınlar University Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Şahin, as well as Siemens Healthineers Turkey's Deputy General Manager for Laboratory Diagnostics and Innovation Management, Gürdal Şahin.
At the signing ceremony, Siemens Healthineers Turkey General Manager and Board Chairman Enis Sonemel shared his thoughts about the anchor company agreement, stating, "With our products and services in the medical technology field, we create value for healthcare professionals, healthcare institutions, and patients. Additionally, we have signed numerous high-quality scientific research collaborations with hospitals and universities for many years. Acıbadem University Technology Development Center (TEKMER), which was established on an area of 1000 square meters, has a capacity of up to 100 people. The center includes open and closed office spaces, meeting rooms, seminar rooms, common areas, and a BioDesign Center. In the BioDesign Center, entrepreneurs are offered opportunities to create their own prototypes.
In addition to providing mentoring support to entrepreneurs, Siemens Healthineers Turkey also has an office at the center where it will organize events, training, and meetings that bring investors and entrepreneurs together.
