Hevi AI, one of the startups operating under Acıbadem University TEKMER, has signed an important cooperation protocol with the Turkish Health Institutes Presidency (TÜSEB).
Within the scope of this protocol, it is aimed to develop AI-based clinical decision support systems in the field of radiology and to promote their nationwide implementation.
The signing ceremony, attended by TÜSEB President Prof. Dr. Ümit Kervan and Hevi AI Co-Founder Assoc. Prof. Dr. Deniz Can Aliş, marks a significant step towards strengthening domestic innovation in healthcare technologies.
Founded by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Deniz Can Aliş, Mert Çelenk, and Mert Yergin, Hevi AI develops MDR-CE certified medical device software focusing on critical areas such as stroke and brain hemorrhage, prostate cancer, breast cancer, and lung diseases-aiming to accelerate diagnostic processes and improve clinical accuracy.
Through this collaboration, the following objectives are planned:
- Widespread adoption of clinical decision support systems,
- Implementation of large-scale applications in public hospitals,
- Positioning of competitive products in international markets,
- Conducting joint R&D activities and multi-center clinical studies.
