The Innorare team works with a blend of start-up culture, academic scientific perspectives, and the strength of civil society. The team consists of members who are currently studying or have graduated from fields such as medicine, molecular biology and genetics, psychology, medical and mechanical engineering, and industrial design. Many team members have years of experience volunteering within the rare diseases ecosystem and aim to create workspaces for individuals with rare diseases and their families, who are eager to be involved in entrepreneurship and medical device R&D processes, and want to be close to the needs and solutions.
